By accessing or using the services provided by Vamix Technologies (“Vamix”), including the website vamix.net, technology engineering services, and products like Uptara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Permitted Use & Account Responsibilities
You agree to use Vamix software products and services strictly for lawful operational, engineering, and monitoring purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur within your team workspaces.
3. Service Availability & Performance
While Vamix strives for maximum uptime and reliability across all proprietary products and client systems, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We continuously monitor and improve our distributed infrastructure to maintain high availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, visual designs, trademarks, and documentation associated with Vamix, Uptara, and related proprietary products are the proprietary property of Vamix Technologies. Client custom software deliverables are governed by specific project statements of work (SOWs).
